ALL KIDS and Family Care
cover doctor visits, vision and dental, hospital services, prescription
drugs, and mental health services.
If you have children under the age of 18,
you are encouraged to check out All Kids. Even if your children are
covered under private insurance, you may be eligible for a premium
credit.
Documentation of income is required, but
there is no income limit. Income is used to determine co-pay and
sliding scale rates for All Kids. |
Access DuPage
is a medical care charity program for DuPage adults 18 who do not
qualify for any other insurance. It assists with prescriptions, doctor
and hospital fees. Access DuPage will improve your ability to see a
medical provider for basic healthcare services.
All programs need pre-enrollment, which
can be done at the Woodridge Community Pantry on Tuesday, Thursday, and
Saturday mornings, or by appointment.
