|West Suburban Community Pantry
MISSION STATEMENT: The West Suburban Community Pantry offers food for the hungry and resources to empower persons to improve their quality of life. Our vision is a community without hunger.
As members of Feeding America through Northern Illinois Food Bank, the pantry can purchase many foods at 18¢ per pound. This means, for instance, that a box of cereal which costs you $3.00 to $4.00 in the grocery store can be purchased by us for 14¢ to 18¢.

We strive to provide our clients with nutrient dense foods. Healthier food options such as low-fat, low-sugar and reduced-sodium products would be most appreciated.
